RETURN WINDOW
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return, contact us using the email address listed on this site and include your order number and reason for return.
ITEM CONDITION
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached and packaging included where possible. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
REFUNDS
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
